Mountain Recreation hosts Deep Sleep – 4 Life Hacks Workshop. Getting enough high quality sleep is imperative for abundant energy and vibrant health. Yet many of us are up too late, tossing and turning and waking up feeling haggard.
The benefits of deep sleep include a stronger immune system, sharp minds, glowing complexion, balanced hormones and reduced stress. Poor sleep is directly linked to weight gain and makes it difficult to realize the benefits of all that time in the gym.
