Join us at DJ’s And Dahlias as speaker Penny Wison talks about an approach to eating that doesn’t include the “D” word. You’ll learn what Intuitive Eating is, the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating, and how to harness their power during the holiday season and beyond.
Dr. Penny Wilson, RDN has a PhD in Kinesiology, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and helps people learn to trust their body’s internal hunger and satiety cues. She loves helping people realize that foods aren’t “good” or “bad” and that all foods can be eaten and enjoyed. Penny has lived in the Vail Valley for over 5 years with her husband and 2 dogs.
