Senior Summer Sesh – Endorphin Eagle

The Senior summer Sesh program is designed for physically independent older adults, 65 + years who are hoping to become more physically fit. This four-day program will be introduced to various fitness disciplines that are common in gym environments at a pace conducive to learning and practicing. By the end, Silver Summer Sesh participants will have more confidence in joining group fitness classes and navigating fitness equipment inside and outside of the gym environment while building a community of peers to support their goals.
