Summer Youth Training – Endorphin Eagle

The Summer Youth Training is designed for 12+ youth who are looking for a consistent way to get fit and train with other like-minded youth with the support of a coach. This program will keep older youth engaged, challenged and moving. Great for athletes who want to cross train and stay fit, or youth who are looking to get stronger while learning proper form and a variety of exercises.
