Social distancing is in full effect across the country and there is no doubt small businesses will feel the impact. Already, small businesses have closed indefinitely due to dwindling business associated with the Coronavirus epidemic.
Dot Zero Multimedia is especially supportive of local businesses, from restaurants to farmers markets to retail locations across Eagle County. With the increased caution around public spaces, how can we continue to support local businesses?

Consider Delivery Or Pick-Up
Even if you choose not to dine in person, you can still enjoy your favorite dishes from local restaurants that remain open. Delivery or pick-up options are available at many local restaurants.
Buy A Gift Card
Purchasing a gift card and saving for a later date has huge benefits for local businesses, especially during the Coronavirus epidemic. Purchasing a gift card brings in valuable cash flow and shows them that you’ll be back when it’s safe to do so.
Shop Online
You can always order from your favorite local retailers online. If your favorite retailer does not offer online shopping, give them a call and maybe you can order over the phone.
Write A Note or Online Review
Tell local businesses that you see the effort they’re puting in at this difficult time. A note in the mail will lift spirits and morale of the staff. Writing a positive online review has a lasting effect. Remember, Coronavirus will fade, but an online review lasts forever.
Be Polite & Courteous To Others
This is our favorite and perhaps the most important. Listen, we’re all in this together and we know it’s hard and stressful. We know the lines are long and there is alot of panic, this doesn’t mean you have to be disrespectful to others.
In Conclusion
These are just some of our ideas to support local businesses during the Coronavirus epidemic. When in doubt please refer to the golden rule…“TREAT OTHERS AS YOU’D LIKE TO BE TREATED.”
